Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to products sold by Auto Veil. By purchasing from Auto Veil, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. General Warranty Terms

Auto Veil may offer limited warranty coverage on certain eligible products only. Any warranty coverage, if applicable, is limited strictly to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use and proper installation. Warranty coverage does not apply to any issue caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, installer error, neglect, accidents, environmental exposure, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, or ordinary wear and tear.

2. Warranty Registration and Proof of Purchase

To make a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, order information, photos or videos of the issue, and any product identification details requested by Auto Veil, including serial number, barcode, warranty registration details, or installation information.

Failure to provide complete and accurate claim information may result in denial of the warranty claim.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by improper installation or third-party installation errors,
  • bubbling, peeling, lifting, cracking, shrinking, distortion, or failure caused by incorrect installation methods,
  • surface contamination, improper preparation, or poor adhesion due to pre-existing conditions,
  • damage caused by chemicals, cleaners, pressure washing, abrasion, impact, collision, road debris, vandalism, weather, or neglect,
  • normal wear and tear, fading, discoloration, cosmetic changes, or expected aging over time,
  • misuse, abuse, unauthorized alteration, improper storage, or improper handling,
  • products used in a manner inconsistent with instructions or intended use,
  • labor costs, installation charges, removal costs, reinstallation costs, shipping costs, travel costs, downtime, or any third-party expenses,
  • customer dissatisfaction based on preference, appearance, or subjective expectations where the product is otherwise functional,
  • any issue resulting from inaccurate customer-provided vehicle, fitment, or order information.

4. Claim Review Process

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Auto Veil in its sole discretion. Auto Veil reserves the right to request additional information before reviewing or approving any claim.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval. Auto Veil may deny any claim that does not meet the requirements of this Warranty Policy.

5. Remedy Limitation

If Auto Veil determines, in its sole discretion, that a valid warranty claim exists, Auto Veil may choose one of the following remedies:

  • repair of the product,
  • replacement of the product with the same or similar product,
  • store credit, or
  • refund of the original purchase price paid for the affected product only.

The remedy selected by Auto Veil shall be the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

6. No Coverage for Third-Party Costs

Auto Veil is not responsible under any circumstances for any labor charges, installation fees, removal costs, reinstallation charges, diagnostic costs, loss of time, loss of use, rental expenses, transportation costs, vehicle-related costs, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a warranty issue or claim.

7. Warranty Claim Deadline

Customers must report any claimed defect within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Auto Veil reserves the right to deny claims that are reported late, lack sufficient documentation, or where the product has continued to be used after the defect became apparent.

8. Exclusion of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this Warranty Policy, Auto Veil disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Veil’s liability under this Warranty Policy shall be limited to the original purchase price actually paid for the affected product. Auto Veil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

10. Policy Changes

Auto Veil reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the website at the time of the claim review will control unless otherwise required by law.
