Welcome to Auto Veil. By accessing this website, creating an account, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service from Auto Veil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale & Use, along with any other policies posted on this website. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
1. Eligibility and Use of Website
This website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using this website, you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. Products, Descriptions, and Availability
All products, services, pricing, descriptions, specifications, images, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Auto Veil reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at its sole discretion.
We do not guarantee that colors, shades, finishes, dimensions, product images, or on-screen representations will appear exactly the same in person. Minor differences in appearance, finish, tone, or packaging do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Auto Veil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, cancel, or delay any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect information, payment issues, or suspected resale abuse.
An order is not deemed accepted until payment has been successfully processed and Auto Veil has issued an order confirmation.
4. Pricing and Errors
All prices are subject to change without notice. Auto Veil reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, product description, inventory, compatibility, shipping, or technical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
If an error is discovered after an order is placed, Auto Veil may cancel the order or contact the customer with corrected information. In such cases, our sole obligation shall be limited to refunding any amount actually paid for the affected order, if applicable.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed by Auto Veil in writing. If deposits, split payments, or custom payment terms are offered, any unpaid balance must be paid according to the stated invoice terms.
Failure to make payment in full may result in order delays, cancellation, withholding of shipment, or refusal of future service.
6. Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing accurate order details, including billing information, shipping address, vehicle information, product selection, measurements, tint choice, and any fitment-related details.
Auto Veil is not responsible for losses, delays, incompatibility, or dissatisfaction caused by customer error, including incorrect ordering, wrong vehicle selection, wrong dimensions, or incorrect product choice.
7. Custom, Pre-Cut, Special Order, and Wholesale Products
All custom, pre-cut, made-to-order, special-order, bulk, wholesale, clearance, and final sale items are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once processing has begun, except where required by law.
Auto Veil reserves the sole right to determine whether an item falls into one of these categories.
8. Shipping, Delivery, and Processing
Processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Auto Veil is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, supply chain interruptions, weather, holidays, customs, address errors, or other events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and for monitoring delivery. Any costs arising from incorrect address entry, refused delivery, returned shipments, or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law. Auto Veil is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, though we may assist with carrier claims at our discretion.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by Auto Veil’s posted policies. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final for custom, pre-cut, wholesale, special-order, and processed items.
Approved returns, if any, may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping charges, administrative fees, and inspection requirements. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
11. Installation and Use
Unless Auto Veil expressly provides installation services under a separate written agreement, all products are sold for customer installation or third-party installation at the customer’s sole risk.
Auto Veil shall not be responsible for installation errors, misuse, improper handling, surface contamination, incompatibility, improper maintenance, or damage caused during or after installation.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in a separate written warranty policy, all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Auto Veil disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Veil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or third-party expenses.
In all cases, Auto Veil’s total maximum liability arising from or related to any order, product, service, or use of the website shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Auto Veil for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Auto Veil before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute and to provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Auto Veil reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and to provide payment processors, banks, or other parties with all relevant records, including order records, tracking information, communications, policy acknowledgments, and proof of delivery.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, layout, images, branding, and design elements, is the property of Auto Veil or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit false or fraudulent information, abuse promotions, scrape content, or use the website for unlawful purposes. Auto Veil reserves the right to terminate access, cancel orders, and take appropriate action in response to such conduct.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Sale & Use and any dispute arising out of or relating to the website, products, services, or transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Georgia, and the customer consents to such jurisdiction and venue.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Changes to These Terms
Auto Veil reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
